Project: ATAM Academy Wolverhampton

Works: Designing of new car park to accommodate new facilities.

The project involved complete re-design and renovation to existing office space to 250 sqm including new extension of 270 sqm to add new meeting room, 3 general office, extended kitchen area, play area, rest room. The services offered were 2d/3d Architecture design, Structural Engineering services and complete design and build. The challenging factor was to complete the job while the office were occupied. Cullinan designers and project team created a meticulous planning to minimize disruption. This was achieved by effectively optimizing  resources, coordinating tasks, phase work scheduling, early risk management, health & safety checks and working flexible hours. The project was successfully completed on time and within budget. Client was very satisfied.
